We meet 7 days a week all year round - rain or shine! Our Outdoor Group programme on Blackheath is guaranteed to get you in the shape you've always wanted through a variety of strength and endurance exercises that will ignite your metabolism and tone your muscles!

Outdoor Group Training workouts offer fun, challenging accountability that focus on high intensity exercises and functional movements. Established in 2007 we now offer workouts 7 days a week all year round. We use lots of equipment including weights, Vipr's, balls, ropes, kettlebells, agility kit and body weight. Our progressive timetable to give you great variety and challenges in all aspects of group training.

We welcome both men and women of all ages and abilities from seasoned runners to beginners. To support consistent results we offer all our members a complimentary, 1-2-1 drop in session once a month at our Blackheath studio. Be accountable to us and let us monitor your results and keep you progressing.
