Hey! I’m Megan! I am an energetic and enthusiastic personal trainer and coach. My love for fitness emerged from my career as a professional dancer. Over the years I have just fallen more and more in love with exploring movement, what the body is capable of and how it can adapt and change.I love motivating others to discover their own full potential, and helping them create healthy, consistent habits both mentally and physically. I am so passionate about making fitness fun and an uplifting part of your day. In my sessions I will always tailor the exercise to you and your needs to reach optimum results.
