Anthony Poole. Anthony has made huge strides in the last few months and has often been attending sessions 4 times a week with the Burn It Team. He has made huge improvements in all areas of his training performance and has had a brilliant attitude at every session. Keep up the hard work Anthony. We are all proud of your progress. Please read below his interview to find out more about the challenges he faced and how he overcame them.

BIF: Why did you join Burn It Fitness and what have you achieved since training with us?

AP: My main goal is simple - to feel better. More specifically, to achieve that by getting fitter overall, losing weight. My fitness has improved a lot over the last year, I've lost weight and inches all over, and I'm getting more and more inspired to push on.

BIF: How many times a week do you train, what’s your favorite session and why?

AP: 2-4 times per week, my favourite sessions are early mornings - once I'm up and over the early start (I'm not naturally a morning person!) it's a fantastic way to set up the day.

BIF: What advice would you give to a Member struggling with motivation?

AP: Call on any support and help available to you - there's more around you than you think.

BIF: Can you share what goals and challenges you are working on and why?

AP: Increasing running distance, with a target to run a 5k some time in 2017.

BIF: Do you have any tips you can share with our other Members?

AP: Keep on keeping on!
